Functionalities

Equipped with the highest end TUV certified Class 4 Hydraulic Gas Lift , the Zagen Series allows a smooth and noiseless height adjustment.

Rest on Zagen Series' Full Height Recline-able Backrest* that can recline up to 120° and lock at different angles via the chair mechanism.

Zagen Series' Height-Adjustable Headrest gives users the optimal head & neck support regardless of their height.

Sit with proper posture and fine-tune the Adjustable Lumbar Support at the back of the backrest to get the most out of the Zagen Series.

Zagen Series' headrests and back is upholstered with Breathable Mesh, providing elastic back support that allows body heat and humidity to be released effectively while seated, keeping you fresh at all times. The Extra-padded Headrest provides additional cushioning without sacrificing breathability.

Zagen Series' Breathable Seat base padded with high-density soft foam allows long sessions of working even in hot and humid weather.

ANTI-FATIGUE

The S-shaped design of the backrest, along with the Built-in Lumbar Support, accommodates to the natural curve of the spine preventing any unwanted spine compression. 
Adjust your PU Coated 2D Armrests' height to find your optimal configuration. Align it with your desk's height when in use; lower it to slide your chair under the desk to save up space.


ZERO DISTURBANCE

The Joza Series' Alloy Coated Wheelbase is designed to visually fit an office setting. The PU Dual-Wheel Casters are gentle on most surfaces, gliding smoothly while minimizing noise in the office.

The Zagen Series' hardware (Frame, Armrests, Wheelbase, Gas Lift, Tilt Mechanism, Recliner) are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1-Year from original date of purchase when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. For the replacement of upholstery, please contact us for a price quote.

Keep it Dry

Vacuum any dirt off your chair. Remove remaining dirt with warm soap and water. If stains persist, gently dab the area with a spot cleaner. DO NOT rub or scrub.

Keep it Clean
Light stains can be removed with textile cleaner or a sponge damped in water or a mild soapy solution, remember to wipe it dry with a clean cloth afterwards.

Avoid High Heat

High temperature such as long exposure to direct sunlight would damage the the top coating of the mesh.

Avoid Sharps Objects
Although Scratch-resistant, sharps objects could still pierce and damage the mesh at certain point.
