PET MARVEL C1 self-cleaning cat litter box is designed with cats in mind, featuring an open design with a spacious 67.5L interior that balances comfort and privacy. This scoop-free machine might be the best automatic litter box for large and multiple cats. C1 is equipped with an FS composite bio-enzyme deodorizing module. By breaking down the urea and uric acid in cat urine through protein decomposition, an amazing effect of zero odor is achieved. The waste bin uses a contactless drawstring semi-auto-pack design to enhance odor control effectiveness.

Will my cat be afraid of C1?

Most cats adjust to C1 without any issues, with over 96% getting used to it quickly. Some may be cautious at first, but C1 is designed with minimal noise to make it as cat-friendly as possible. The cleaning cycle starts a few minutes after your cat leaves, and you can extend the delay up to 30 minutes for more sensitive cats. With a bit of patience, most cats will adapt comfortably.

 

How can I help my cat adjust to the new litter box?

  • Place the C1 Automatic Litter Box where the old one used to be.
  • Keep the old litter box near C1 for a short period. Sprinkle a cup of litter from the old box into C1 to give it a familiar scent, encouraging your cat to explore.
  •  If your cat seems hesitant, try placing treats, toys, or catnip near the entrance. You can also gently guide them into the box when they’re about to use it, engaging them with their favorite toys. It may take a few attempts, so be patient and consistent.

 

Is there a weight limit for C1?

C1 has no strict weight limit, but it's best suited for cats between 3.3 and 22 lbs (1.5kg - 10kg). Kittens can use it once they're at least 6 months old and weigh 3.3 lbs or more. Until then, we recommend setting the litter box to manual cleaning mode.

 

How does C1 keep my cat safe?

C1 is equipped with a pair of infrared sensors, a proximity sensor, and four weight sensors. If your cat attempts to enter the globe while it’s rotating, the C1 will instantly stop to ensure their safety.

 

How often should I add litter?

It's important to regularly check the litter level and refill it as needed. By keeping an eye on your cat’s habits, you can estimate when more litter might be required. For frequent use, it's generally recommended to add litter every two to three days. However, the exact timing will depend on your cat’s specific needs and usage.

 

Will C1 eliminate litter box odors?

C1 features a drawstring bag design paired with a deodorization box to minimize odors. Many users report that the deodorization box significantly reduces or even completely eliminates litter box smells.For optimal deodorizing performance, we suggest replacing the deodorization box every 60 days.

 

Can I use any type of bag in the waste drawer?

Yes, any bag that fits will work in the waste drawer. However, for the best experience, we strongly recommend using our custom garbage bags.

 

How often do I need to empty the waste drawer?

This primarily depends on your cat’s eating and bowel habits. Usually you only need to empty the waste container about 7-11 days for one cat. During hot weather, it's advisable to shorten the cleaning time to ensure the litter box remains clean and your cat stays healthy.

 

Will C1 connect to my WiFi network?

C1 requires a 2.4 GHz WiFi signal, as it does not support the 5 GHz band.

 

Will C1 still work without an internet connection?

Yes, C1 will continue operating based on your previous settings if the network is disconnected. However, your cat's activity data won't be updated in the PET MARVEL app during that time.
