- Please use the latest version of Chrome / Opera / Edge browser to open the Launcher and connect the mouse to your device via wired mode or 2.4G mode.

Shipping and delivery for medium to large-size items (Chairs, Desks, and Sim Racing Rigs) generally take 7 to 10 working days; but could take up to 10 to 20 working days during/right after promotional periods.
