During the product warranty period, if you have any inquiries about the product, Please contact our after-sales department in the following ways:

Before contacting the after-sales department, you need to prepare the following information:
- Product model
- Problem description
- Photos/videos showing the problem
- Purchase receipt (must show the store/purchase date)
- Is there an Azure eSports Company Limited maintenance sticker on the product packaging (only for Keychron/Durgod)
- Is the package/accessories complete (only for Keychron/Durgod)
*It must be proved that the product is sold by the Authorized Reseller, otherwise the RMA request will not be accepted*
The after-sales department will try to provide a simple solution first. If it is invalid, the customer needs to bring the faulty product and all the above purchase certificates to our after-sales service center, please make an appointment first!
