When they deliver the mercury gaming chair that day, I discovered that the screw on both sides were broken and damaged. Since this is the new one, I wrote to their aftersales team to request to change for a new chair. They acted promptly and change to a new gaming chair to me within 2 days. I really appreciate their swift action to solve the problem. Thanks for the aftersales team’s effort !

我幾鐘意佢頂層上面塊板，可以增加左唔少位置做擺設，同埋楝楝板可以當係保護幅牆免受刮花，同掛野上去，一舉兩得，整體係唔錯。有一粒星扣返係因為有塊楝楝板品質有少許問題。

Great price performance mechnical Keyboard. Good bargin.

It is almost perfect and I only have 2 tiny things that bug me. The keycap layout somehow on the keypad side the “-“ and “*” locations is swapped. As result I have to perform my First keycap operation in my life. The other thing is by itself keyboard is very heavy. If it is lighter a little bit it would be nicer. Over all, in my opinion this keyboard is a best premium keyboard with nice key strokes feel with just little noise.
