新冠疫情送貨安排 Special Delivery Arrangement due to Corona virus

 

由於近日受疫情影響,貨品發送服務由即日起將會有以下安排。

小件物品(例如滑鼠,鍵盤,智能產品等):

小件物品一律使用順豐速運寄出,由於現時順豐因疫情影響過去14天内曾有確診個案的樓宇,客戶可選擇在處所樓下與順豐香港收派員交收快件,或安排於順豐香港自營網點自取。順豐站地址及營業時間請按此

‧發貨時間一般為5-7個工作天內經順豐速運寄出,寄出後送達時間需要根據順豐的派送安排而定,受疫情影響有機會延遲請見諒! 詳情請留意順豐疫情下的最新服務安排

一般送貨期為7-14個工作天

由於疫情關係,送貨時間或可能會有所延誤,目前最長送貨期約為60天,如果情況許可會盡量提前。

本公司會盡最大努力確保商品供應充足,若因某些不能控制的情況下缺貨/延誤,我們將以電郵/ 電話/ Whatsapp通知顧客。

Due to the recent impact of the Corona virus, the delivery will have the following arrangements.

Shipping and delivery for small-size items (e.g mice, keyboards, Smart Home products):

All small items will be sent by SF Express. As for the buildings with confirmed cases in the past 14 days, customers may consider to pick up the shipment with our SFHK courier staff downstairs or arrange self-pick up at any outlet of the SFHK self-operated network. click here for the address and business hours of SF Stores.

   

The delivery time is generally 5-7 working days, and the goods are dispatched via SF Express. The delivery time after dispatched depends on the delivery arrangement of SF Express. Shipping and delivery for medium to large-size items (Gaming Chairs, Gaming Desks,Racing Rigs,etc):

Gaming Chairs,Chair/ Desk Accessories, Racing Rigs

General delivery period is 7-14 working days. If the situation permits, it will be as early as possible.

Gaming Desks

The current longest delivery time is about 60 days. If the situation permits, it will be as early as possible.

Zenox will ensure that the goods are in sufficient supply. In case of out of stock/delay due to some uncontrollable circumstances, we will notify customers via email/phone/Whatsapp.

Delivery Service

    • We provide free delivery service within Hong Kong for orders over HKD $300, with exception to remote and restricted areas, please see below for details.
    • For delivery service to Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Outlying Islands (Lantau Island, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau & Peng Chau), Kwai Chung Container Terminal and restricted areas, please refer to the table below for additional shipping charges for specific areas.

    • Additional shipping charges could be handed to our delivery driver as the goods is being delivered. We reserve the right to cancel the order if customers are unwilling to pay the additional charges. If your area is not listed, please contact us at zp@zenoxstore.com for alternative delivery and pickup methods
    • Shipping and delivery for medium to large-size items (Chairs,Desks,Racing Rigs,etc) generally take 7 to 14 working days; but could take up to 21 working days during/right after promotional periods
    • Shipping and delivery for small-size items (e.g mice, keyboards, Philips Hue products) generally take 3 to 7 working days; but could take up to 14 working days during/ right after promotional periods
    • Our staff members will call you 1 or 2 days before delivery to make arrangement for medium to large-size items; small-size items are generally delivered through courier who will contact you directly as they have picked up the goods
    • Delivery service covers addresses only within a 100m parameter of the unloading point.
    • For Zenox chair deliveries, there will be a $50 surcharge per floor (Five stairs) if there are stairs
    • For Zenox desk deliveries, there will be a $160 surcharge per floor (Five stairs)if there are stairs
    • We offer assembly service at $250 per order

    Exchange Policy

    • If the product is unused and found to be defective, exchange can be made within 7 days from the date of delivery
    • Please keep and show your proof of purchase (i.e. invoice, credit card records, etc.)
    • Products which have been used, stained or washed cannot be refunded
    • For products that have been purchased for more than 7 days, refunds will not be offered. Only maintenance and repair services will be available
    • All decisions by Zenox & Azure Esports Company Limited shall be final

    • 我們的送貨人員會在送貨前1或2個工作天向客人致電,以安排中型到大型物品送貨﹔小件物品通常通過快遞運送
    • 送貨服務僅覆蓋卸貨點100m以內的地址。
    • 對於Zenox椅子送貨,如果送貨地址有樓梯,每層(五級樓梯起計一層)將收取$ 50的附加費
    • 對於Zenox桌子送貨,如果送貨地址有樓梯,則每層(五級樓梯起計一層)將收取$ 160的附加費
    • 我們提供安裝/組裝服務,每訂單收取$ 250附加費

    退換政策

    • 如果產品未使用且有缺陷,則可在收貨之日起7個工作天內進行更換

    • 對於已購買7天以上的產品,將不予退款,僅提供保養和維修服務
