When they deliver the mercury gaming chair that day, I discovered that the screw on both sides were broken and damaged. Since this is the new one, I wrote to their aftersales team to request to change for a new chair. They acted promptly and change to a new gaming chair to me within 2 days. I really appreciate their swift action to solve the problem. Thanks for the aftersales team’s effort !
