Good Quality and very comfortable
I bought my first chair from Zenox in 2019, saw that they released a new version and decided to replace my old chair. I'm quite happy with both chairs, the new pillows and armrests is a great plus with the new version.
I'm satisfied with the product, it fit perfectly with my gaming room. Easy to assemble

Delivery was smooth. Easy to assemble following instruction. The sitting pad is large and comfy also able to support me as a big man (>240lbs). Room for improvement would be the lumber support for long seating.
I love everything about this chair. They are comfortable and sturdy. The function of changing the elevation is great and it is fun to go horizontal. Thinking about getting one for work.
Great customer service, high quality with comfort.
