Standard Delivery for Regular Items

Shipping and delivery for medium to large-size items (Chairs, Desks, and Sim Racing Rigs) generally take 7 to 10 working days; but could take up to 10 to 20 working days during/right after promotional periods. *Our Delivery service is free of charge once per order. If the customer failed to organize a handoff of the order upon the agreed-upon time slot and location thus requiring a re-delivery. we will charge $250 HKD on each re-delivery.

Delivery Fees
We provide free delivery service for orders over TWD $2,000, with a flat TWD $205 delivery fee for orders below TWD $2,000.
Import Tax
Please be noted that when goods are shipped from overseas into Taiwan, local customs may impose taxes according to regulations. In such cases the recipient may receive a tax notification and will be responsible for the related taxes and fees. Zenox would not be able to estimate the custom duties beforehand as it will be calculated by the local customs authorities when the goods enter the country.
