Accounting Assistant
Responsibilities:
Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
Bring the books to the trial balance stage
Perform partial checks of the posting process
Complete tax forms
Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
Requirements * Proven bookkeeping experience
Requirements :
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
Proficiency in English and in MS Office
Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred a BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

Basic Job Duties:
We are seeking part-time sales associates who are outgoing, motivated and responsible to join our expanding business.
To assist in maintaining daily operations in retail store/showroom
To display goods as instructed and ensure all merchandises on display are in order
To provide courteous service to customers and handle customers' enquiries
Other ad hoc duties as assigned

職責: 一般倉務工作如收貨、點貨、 執貨、拆櫃、上貨、搬運貨物、盤點存貨、整理貨倉、安裝椅子
資歷:沒有學歷要求; 一般普通話; 一般英語; 略懂讀寫中文; 略懂讀寫英文
上班時間:星期一至五: 上午9時30分至下午5時30分, 有午飯時間
要求:勤奮、具責任感及團隊精神,守時可靠,能獨立工作
備註:需搬運的貨物大多數約25公斤重
即可上班者為佳

Admin/Manager Assistant
Responsibilities:
Perform all-round administration duties, including but not limited to repair and maintenance of equipment and facilities, office housekeeping, procurement of office supplies (i.e. stationery, printed matters, pantry items etc.)
Perform general reception duties such as handling telephone calls, mailing / courier services / greeting guests, and tidiness of facilities
Assist in arranging of video conference
Assist in organizing staff welfare activities
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by seniors
Assists manager by performing related duties.
Requirements:
Diploma or above with at least 2-3 years working experience
Well organized and good time management
Pleasant personality with good telephone manner and communication skills
Proficiency in PC skills including MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
Excellent sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, mature and team-working spirit
Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese and Mandarin

After-Sales & Warehouse Officer
Responsibilities:
Handle after-sales enquiries via phone calls, emails and all communication channels in a timely manner
Liaise with the logistics team for repair service for customers
Perform professional customer service and create a good experience for our customers
Prepare documents including delivery notes and invoices for delivery to shops
Pick and dispatch goods and parts accurately
Receive incoming goods and check whether the quantities are correct
Provide full support to and coordinate with our Customer Service Team, Warehouse and Operations Team in providing high standard services
Maintain daily operation in the warehouse
Maintain stock accuracy and prepare inventory report regularly
Facilitate daily inbound and outbound operation
Liaise with various departments for inventory flow and stock level
Assists with adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proficiency in both Chinese (Cantonese) and English
Experience in Customer Service in preferred
