Shipping Arrangement Due to Coronavirus Outbreak

Due to the recent outbreak of Coronavirus in Hong Kong, there may be delays in the dispatch of goods due to disruption to the supply chain and logistics services. We strive to keep shipment of goods on schedule if possible and we would appreciate the understanding from our valued customers. We wish the current situation would get better as soon as possible and all services will resume normally.




  • We offer free shipping within Hong Kong (except Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Outlying Islands and restricted areas - please see below)
  • WE ONLY ship within Hong Kong at the moment (For customers in Canada, please visit our Canada store)
  • For Customers in Macau who wish to make a purchase, please visit our distributor stores. Addresses are as follow:

  • WE ARE UNABLE to offer free home delivery service to Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Outlying Islands (Lantau Island, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau & Peng Chau), Kwai Chung Container Terminal and restricted areas; Please see the table below for additional shipping charges for specific areas.

  • Additional shipping charges could be handed to our delivery driver as the goods is being delivered. We reserve the right to cancel the order if customers are unwilling to pay the additional charges. If your area is not listed, please contact us at for alternative delivery and pickup methods
  • Shipping and delivery generally take 7 to 10 working days; but could take up to 14 working days during promotional periods
  • Our staff members will call you 1 or 2 days before delivery to make arrangement
  • For Zenox chair purchases, there will be a $50 surcharge per floor if there are stairs
  • For Zenox desk (Fixed height) purchases, there will be a $80 surcharge per floor if there are stairs
  • For Zenox desk (Pro version) purchases, there will be a $160 surcharge per floor if there are stairs
  • We offer assembly service at $250 per order 

Exchange Policy

    • If the product is unused and found to be defective, exchange can be made within 7 days from the date of delivery
    • Please keep and show your proof of purchase (i.e. invoice, credit card records, etc.)
    • Products which have been used, stained or washed cannot be refunded
    • For products that have been purchased for more than 7 days, refunds will not be offered. Only maintenance and repair services will be available
    • All decisions by Zenox shall be final
